New to Annual Conference?
If this is your first time attending annual conference, whether you are a delegate or guest, this document will walk you through registration, worship services and business sessions. You will want to review this prior to your arrival.

Complete Annual Conference information can be found at www.awfumc.org/2016annualconference. A daily summary will be posted at the end of each day as well as sent to the NewsCONNECTION subscription list. The 2016-2017 appointment book will be available on Wednesday afternoon after adjournment. A bulletin insert will also be made available for you to use in your local church to share the happenings of the 2016 Annual Conference Session.
Special Offerings
We will collect the AWF Disaster Response & Recovery Ministry special missional offering at Opening Worship on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at 7:00pm. Please bring any offerings you have to this service. You may also donate online here. At the Service of Ordination and Commissioning, the beneficiary of the special offering will be the Ministerial Education Fund.

-The Alabama Rural Ministry snack bar will be located in the atrium with a great mix of refreshments for a small donation.
-The Experiential Prayer Room will be located in the East Sanctuary for a time of prayer and reflection.
Limited Wi-Fi Access
Due to the daily demands of the Frazer Memorial UMC staff, there will not be access to public Wi-Fi in the main areas of the campus. Instead, a designated hotspot area has been established should you need to utilize Internet during breaks in the John Ed Mathison Actives Center (JEMAC). Please ask a Frazer Volunteer if you need help locating this hotspot. Click here to see a campus map.
