The Alabama-West Florida Conference Board of Pension & Health Benefits is kicking off a friendly health competition TOMORROW called Thrive!! The season of Lent is a wonderful time to embrace new and healthy lifestyles. 

Now is the time to establish or join a group of 3-5 fellow AWF clergy persons, spouses or laity on the conference health plan. All persons on the AWF Conference health insurance plan are eligible to participate.

This friendly competition starts tomorrow, March 1, and concludes on May 31, 2017. At the end of this time, each group who follows the criteria and sticks to their new habits will be placed in a drawing. The winners will each receive a new Fitbit! This will be announced and given during the AWF Board of Pension & Health Benefits report at Annual Conference.
